Prices and delivery costs   

The prices are inclusive of VAT. The delivery costs depend on the quantity of ordered goods and the kind of dispatch. You will be clearly informed before placing the order definitely. Deliveries are made only to addresses within Germany, the EU and Switzerland. Delivery costs overview.

With payment on delivery (only available in Germany) a charge of 6,50 EUR is due, which will be rised by the transporter. At deliveries to Non-European countries Taxes, Customes Fees and Charges are due to the local authorities. Cancellation of your order

As long as the items were not delivered, you may cancel your order. For this, please forward your cancellation with the order number by email to info(at)gilardy.eu.

Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (GILARDY GmbH, Pfisterstraße 6, 80331 München, Deutschland, Telefon 089-930838870, Fax 089-930838879, Email info(at)gilardy.eu) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief, Telefax oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Sie können das Muster-Widerrufsformular oder eine andere eindeutige Erklärung auch auf unserer Webseite www.shop.gilardy.eu/widerrufsformular elektronisch ausfüllen und übermitteln. Machen Sie von dieser Möglichkeit Gebrauch, so werden wir Ihnen unverzüglich (z. B. per E-Mail) eine Bestätigung über den Eingang eines solchen Widerrufs übermitteln.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns (GILARDY GmbH, Ismaninger Straße 68, 81675 München, Deutschland) zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden. Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

Information about the right to return and instructing.

Exclusively end consumers have the following legal right of return:

You may return the received goods - without stating reasons – within four weeks by returning the goods.

The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and this instruction. To maintain the period it is sufficient to send the goods back in time. In any case the return will be at our expense and risk.

Information on claim for defects, customer service and warranties

The claims for defects follow the legal regulation. The goods should be checked immediately after delivery for obvious defects. Is something like that, it has to be reported to Gilardy GmbH. An email to info(at)emporiolux.com is sufficient. Beyond the warranty terms, we do not take over guaranty for delivered goods or services. Information to individual regulations of the contract

General terms and conditions apply. Characteristics of goods, services and prices are described in connection with the offered product. The details regarding the payment and delivery variety, you can determine by choosing payment and delivery. Standard deliveries you receive, usually within 5 business days. Express deliveries generally within 2 business days. Do you have in stock products ordered before 12.00 o’clock, you get the goods then usually the next day. For this please note §4.3 according to our general terms and conditions.

Technical steps for the realization of the contract / error correction

The contract between you and the GILARDY GmbH comes into existence like as follows:

1st You can choose from the offer and set goods in the shopping basket at the click of a mouse on the button "add to the shopping basket". 2nd By clicking on "Display shopping basket" you get to the overview of the shopping basket. You can change the contents of the basket piece by piece, delete items or empty the shopping basket. 3rd The piecemeal changes can be made via mouse and keyboard input. Therefore please double-click with the left mouse button on the incorrect indication of quantity and overwrite it. After this you handle the change by clicking on "Update". 4th You can delete a single item by clicking the left mouse button on the trash icon next to the article. The article will be deleted without any further action. 5th The complete emptying of the shopping basket is possible by clicking "delete shopping basket". The shopping basket will be deleted without further action. In this way, other input mistakes can be corrected. 6th You choose the delivery method by clicking in the field “Delivery method”. It opens a window where you can select your preferred delivery method. It opens a window where you can choose your preferred delivery method. After this you process the change by clicking "update". 7th You choose the payment method, by clicking on the "payment method". It opens a window with the possibility to choose your preferred payment method. Afterwards you process the change by clicking "update". 8th By clicking the button "Check out" you will be redirected to the page for the invoice address where you can enter your invoice address by keyboard. 9th Pressing the button “Enter a separate delivery address” it opens the field “delivery address”. Here you have the possibility to enter another address for delivery. It is just necessary when the address does not match to the entered invoice address. 10th By clicking on "next" you get to the payment field. Here you have the possibility to enter the credit card data about WorldPay operating guidance by keyboard. By clicking on the "cancel" button you cancel the payment process and are redirected to the total view of the shopping basket. From here, you go ahead as described from point 3. 11th By clicking the button "Next" you will be redirected to the point "confirmation". Here you can see once more all the information you have entered at the ordering. After you read the general terms and conditions and, by use of clicking the left mouse button in the input field, accepted this as part of the contract of your order you will find at the end of this page again a button "Check out". 12th If you click this button you made a binding statement to the GILARDY GmbH about the order regarding to the contained goods in the shopping basket. The receipt of the order will be displayed, immediately after the dispatch, via a web page. The contract is concluded after the receipt of the order and sent you a confirmation by mail containing a order number.

All the contents of contract, both the content of your order and the general terms and conditions, that are part of the contract, you will receive with our delivery documents. Moreover you have the possibility to print the page you ordered with.
